Mika da Luz

Mika da Luz’s journey into music production began at the age of 13 when he first discovered the magic of sound. Starting with tape decks, a reel-to-reel recorder, and his very first synthesizer—a gift from his parents—Mika quickly developed a passion for creating music. From these humble beginnings, he progressed through the evolving landscape of music technology, working with early digital software like FastTracker before discovering Ableton Live, a tool that would elevate his production to new heights.

Mika’s productions are a fusion of creativity, skill, and a deep understanding of music’s emotional impact. Over the years, he’s honed his craft to release his own tracks, gaining both club and radio play recognition. With a strong foundation in electronic music and an ever-evolving artistic vision, Mika brings an authentic and grounded approach to music production. His technical expertise and intuitive approach to sound have made him a go-to mentor for aspiring producers looking to refine their skills and unlock their full creative potential.

Mika is also one half of the DJ duo JagLunar, alongside Nikka Espirita. Known for their dynamic performances, JagLunar blends genres like tech-house, deep house, melodic techno, and Afro house to create an energetic and transformative experience for their audiences.
